We are looking for an "Office Assistant" to join our company based in Rawalpindi Scheme 3 area. The ideal candidates must have excellent email writing skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word. They also possess excellent communication skills both Written and Spoken and must have a strong command of the English language. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers, Staff members in remote offices via phone, email, and chat to ensure availability of required documents. Archive data from companys relevant stakeholders Portals Update and maintain Documents/files and records in our database. Generate and analyze reports using Excel and other software tools. Assist with Team Lead and General Manager Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient Documentation processes. Requirements: Previous email Handling experience, preferably in a Shipping Line Industry or services sector Strong written business communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Education: Minimum Bachelors 4 years degree in English language required.
